Yes. The session is a conversation about your week, not your technology stack. The report uses plain English and assumes you, not an engineer, will run the first steps.
No. Hourback takes no commissions and resells nothing. The right recommendation may be AI, ordinary software, a feature you already own, or a process change with no new software at all.
The assessment needs no access to your systems or files. The working session is recorded only with your permission. Do not send sensitive information unless Hourback has agreed to a secure handling method.
If we can’t save your business at least ten hours a week, your assessment is free. The completed report must document changes reasonably expected to reduce recurring work by at least ten hours a week, based on the information and assumptions stated in the report. If it cannot, Hourback refunds the $999 fee. Implementation choices, changed conditions, and unavailable information affect realized results.
